DACCO's return policy
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original selling invoice
  • Returns must be in resalable condition
  • Returns must not be previously installed
  • Restocking fees may apply
  • No returns are after 90 days

DACCO's core policy
  • All converter sales should be on a core exchange basis
  • If no core is available for exchange, a nominal core charge will be applied
  • Core charges are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase

How to pay my bill
  • Pricing and payment terms will be established when your account is set up.
  • Open account customer balances can be paid by remitting payment to the address listed on your statement.
  • To pay by credit or debit card contact the original selling location or call 800-443-2226 Ext. 1520
  • Service charges will be applied to all unpaid balances
